I’m a college student and I simply don’t have time for 3 or 4 step treatments. I’ve read on sites like http://campusacnetruth.org/default.aspx that because many acne treatments use benzoyl peroxide, which has some irritating side-effects, they require a 3 or 4 step system just to compensate.
I’ve been told that it would be a much smarter choice to go with a salicylic acid based treatment. Has anyone else heard this?
there might be a truth in that, but even if you don’t have time for complicated procedures, stick to a healthy way of living, which includes a healthy diet and lots of water. it doesn’t matter how marvelous topical products are if you don’t fight acne from within. good luck!
You forgot to mention the most effective acne treatment in use by dermatologists - the TCA peel. This skin peel is so effective against acne that it is actually used in almost every dermatologists office. It removes excess oil, cleans all pores and reveals cleaner, clearer and younger looking skin.
I haven’t heard of Derma Cleanse system. I’m suffering from acne and I”ll give a try to this product. Hope this will be effective for me.
